Security
Your account stays yours.
You decide which work OutcomeOS may carry out. Access is limited to the agreed service, and recovery activity is recorded for review.
Credentials
Payment credentials are handled server-side. They are not exposed to the browser and are not displayed to AI agents.
Permitted actions
Recovery runs through defined application tools that check the agreed rules before carrying out work.
Exceptions
Ordinary authorised recovery runs automatically. Actions outside the agreed policy require separate authority.
Separate merchant records
Each merchant's data and recovery activity are kept separate within the application.
A record of the work
Recovery actions, payment confirmations and fee calculations are recorded so they can be reviewed.
Money
Customer payments go through your payment provider. OutcomeOS does not hold these funds.
