How it works
From failed payment to verified revenue.
You authorise the service once during onboarding. Eligible recovery work then runs automatically within the rules you agreed.
Authorised connection
After provider activation, connect your account through onboarding and agree the recovery and customer-contact rules. The initial integration is Paystack.
Detection
OutcomeOS identifies eligible failed payments from authorised Paystack data.
Recovery
OutcomeOS sends permitted customer follow-up with a secure payment link and monitors the response. Work inside the agreed policy runs automatically.
Verification
The payment provider must confirm success. OutcomeOS then checks that the payment is linked to the recovery case.
Success fee
The 10% fee applies only to confirmed payments attributable to the recovery work. Uncertain matches do not earn a fee.
