IOTA OutcomeOS builds software to carry out business work and measure the result. The work should keep moving without someone having to manage every step.

Our first service is failed-payment recovery for online businesses. It brings together customer follow-up, payment monitoring and recovery checks in one ongoing service. Paystack is the initial supported integration.

We work with merchants under an agreed recovery policy. Customer payments go through the merchant's payment provider; OutcomeOS does not hold recovered customer funds. Our separate service fee is 10% of verified attributable recovered revenue.

Service availability

We are accepting assessment enquiries while our Paystack business activation is under review. Live service begins only after the required provider activation and merchant onboarding are complete. A website enquiry does not initiate payment processing or recovery.
