This policy explains how OutcomeOS may process information in a POPIA-aware manner. OutcomeOS does not claim POPIA certification.
Information collected
OutcomeOS may collect information submitted through this website, including business name, website, industry, country, payment-volume range, Paystack usage, contact name, work email, optional phone number, role and message content.
Merchant information
During authorised onboarding or service delivery, OutcomeOS may process merchant account information, payment integration metadata, failed-payment information and recovery case information.
Contact details
Contact details are used to respond to requests, assess merchant fit, support onboarding and manage service communications.
Transaction-related metadata
When a merchant authorises analysis, OutcomeOS may process transaction-related metadata needed to identify failed payments, execute permitted recovery workflows, verify outcomes and attribute recovered revenue.
Credentials and security
Payment credentials are handled server-side and are not requested through the public lead form. OutcomeOS does not ask merchants to email API keys.
Purpose of processing
OutcomeOS processes information to provide website responses, assess recovery opportunities, operate authorised recovery services, maintain audit trails, calculate verified success fees, secure the service and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
OutcomeOS may use hosting, storage, communication, payment-provider and operational service providers where needed to run the service.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, legal obligation, audit trail, dispute handling or service operation.
Security
OutcomeOS uses server-side handling, tenant isolation, bounded permissions and audit logging as part of its service design. No public website can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Hosted systems, service providers, logs or storage may process data outside South Africa. OutcomeOS should use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Rights
Data subjects may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
Cookies and analytics
The public site avoids invasive third-party tracking by default. Basic first-party interaction events may be used to understand site performance and funnel completion.
